The data we collect from you is important to understand our customer requirements. e.g. what you are interested in and want to hear more from us about. It also helps us to understand our site user base and allows us to send you information regarding website or Clay College policy changes, such as modifications to our Terms & Conditions.
We will use your data for the purposes of a commercial transaction, e.g. if you make an online or in person, booking or purchase from Clay College.

HOW CAN YOU CHANGE, UNSUBSCRIBE, DELETE THE INFORMATION WE HOLD?
You can opt-out from our communications by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any electronic communication you receive from us or editing your preferences..
Alternatively, if you prefer, you may contact us at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Your information will be deleted permanently within 1 week of making your request. You are welcome to sign up again at a later date if you choose.
HOW CAN YOU FIND OUT WHAT INFORMATION WE HOLD?
It is your right to contact any data controller (such as Clay College Stoke) to request information about how and why your data is being used. This includes Breach Notification, Right to Access, Right to be Forgotten and Data Portability.
