Glaze Technology Masterclass with Matthew Blakely

A 1-day advanced glaze technology course led by Matthew Blakely.

The morning session will cover theory, developing glazes and tests to take home and fire at your chosen temperatures. Individuals will be guided and advised on their needs. The afternoon will be a workshop on troubleshooting and problem-solving. Participants will be invited to bring examples of glazed items with problems. Some participants may want to bring found clays and wood ash they would like to test.

Saturday 27th January, 10:00 am-4:00 pm.

Please note: There will be plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits for you to help yourself throughout the day but lunch is not provided on this course.
